Job Summary
Student will learn and perform a variety of office administration work.
Work ScheduleMonday - Thursday: anytime 8am-7pm
Friday: anytime 8am-4pm

Required Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStudent should have experience with Word and Excel; accurate typing skills.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStudent must be detail oriented and accurate in their work. Good communication skills and quality customer service. Must maintain confidentiality of students according to FERPA guidelines.
Essential Duties- Filing paperwork and student files
- Remove messages and track information on call log
- Process return mail
- Scan student documents into Image Now
- Assist with mailings and special events
- Prep folders with materials for special events
Other duties as assigned that pertain to the job description.
