Position: Federal Work Study - Financial Aid & Scholarships

Job Summary

Student will learn and perform a variety of office administration work.

Work Schedule

Monday - Thursday: anytime 8am-7pm
Friday: anytime 8am-4pm

$15.00

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Student should have experience with Word and Excel; accurate typing skills.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Student must be detail oriented and accurate in their work. Good communication skills and quality customer service. Must maintain confidentiality of students according to FERPA guidelines.

Essential Duties
  • Filing paperwork and student files
  • Remove messages and track information on call log
  • Process return mail
  • Scan student documents into Image Now
  • Assist with mailings and special events
  • Prep folders with materials for special events

Other duties as assigned that pertain to the job description.

Sedentary (up to 10 lbs occasionally, sitting most of the time)
