Position: Business Support Assistant (Part-Time)

Join Our Team as a Business Support Assistant at Ziegler's Ace Hardware!

This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week), Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

What You'll Do:
  • Keep Data Organized & Accurate: Perform data entry, maintain reports and assist with business tracking needs.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks that support the day-today operation of our business.
  • Assist Human Resources Initiatives: Provide occasional administrative support to the Director of Human Resources, including assisting with employee training coordination, HR projects and company initiatives.
  • Make an Impact Behind the Scenes: Play an important role in supporting the people, processes and projects that help our stores deliver an exceptional experience to both customers and employees.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficient knowledge with PC skills including MS Office.
  • Integrity: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Organization: Self-starter with excellent time management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
