Job Description
Dermatology Practice seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage practice manager calendar by scheduling meetings and events
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with scheduling patient appointments and answering incoming calls to scheduling line
- Perform various office errands including banking deposits
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Assist with monthly productivity reporting
- Process incoming faxes including scanning and results into patient charts and prompting provider accordingly
- Maintain certification dates for all licenses and prompt practice manager when renewals are needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
