Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM CST

Contract Duration:

$19.00 - $20.00 hourly on w2

• Open and process incoming mail in a timely and accurate manner.
• Extract contents from envelopes and organize materials appropriately.
• Sort and place documents/items in the correct order for processing through machines.
• Follow established procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Read, understand, and follow written instructions and processing guidelines.
• Maintain attention to detail while handling a high volume of mail.
• Perform other related mail room duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous mail room, lockbox, banking operations, document processing, or similar experience.
• Prior financial services experience is a plus.
• Experience working with automated mail or document processing equipment is a plus.
