, a Skilled Nursing Facility seeking a Full time receptionist. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated with excellent communications skills, and be able to multi-task independently in a fast paced professional environment.
Job Duties:
Greets and welcomes visitors; announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
Courteously answers and routes phone calls in a timely manner.
Orders, stocks, and distributes office supplies.
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
Maintains safe and clean reception area.
Interacting with clients and the general public, ensuring all visitors follow facility's policy.
Will be required to check all clients in and out of the facility appropriately
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude and great work ethic
Excellent telephone/email etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidential information
