Onsite | Shift: 1st Shift - 6:00 am - 2:15 pm | 2nd shift - 2:45 pm - 11:00 pm

We are seeking a highly skilled Analysis Technician to join our dedicated team for the 1st shift. Based at our state-of-the-art facility, you will be responsible for board-level analysis of failed 2-way subscriber products (both mobile and portable 2-way radios). This role focuses on testing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic assemblies to determine root causes of failures.

• Analyze rejected electronic assemblies using test equipment, simulators, and troubleshooting techniques
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems and define corrective actions
• Identify vendor defects versus process defects
• Write detailed failure analysis reports
• Record failure data and clearly explain diagnoses
• Work independently and adapt to varying conditions
• Support factory operations on weekends when required

• Associate s Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology required (Bachelor s preferred)
• Proficiency in operating and setting up electronic equipment, including:
  Signal generators, Modulation/audio analyzers, Spectrum analyzers, Power meters, Oscilloscopes
• RF knowledge with 1-3 years of related experience
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for component-level troubleshooting (PLUS)
• Extensive knowledge of 2-way subscriber products (PLUS)
• Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• 100% onsite presence required
• Steel toe boots required
