Pay Rate: $26/hr
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
Orientation Times:
- 1st Shift Orientation: 6:30 AM
- 2nd Shift Orientation: 3:00 PM
Interview Type:

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Analysis Technician to join our dedicated team for both 1st and 2nd shifts. Based at our state‑of‑the‑art facility, you will perform board‑level analysis of failed 2‑way subscriber products (mobile and portable 2‑way radios). This role provides an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise in testing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic assemblies to identify root causes of failures.
Roles and Responsibilities- Analyze rejected electronic assemblies using various test equipment, simulators, and troubleshooting skills.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems, define corrective actions, and communicate findings effectively.
- Identify vendor vs. process defects and write detailed failure analysis reports.
- Record data of failures and clearly explain diagnoses.
- Work independently and adapt to varying conditions.
- Support factory operations on weekends when required.
- Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology required (Bachelor's preferred).
- Proficiency in operating/setting up electronics equipment (signal generator, modulation/audio analyzers, spectrum analyzer, power meter, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- RF knowledge and 1–3 years of related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for component‑level troubleshooting is a PLUS
. - Extensive knowledge of 2‑way subscriber products is a PLUS
. - Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills required.
- 100% onsite presence required.
- Steel toe boots are mandatory.
- Orientation starts at 6:30 AM
. - Temporary badge provided (PMO team will add to DSM, GL, and KL).
- 30‑minute interview via Google Meet or onsite (candidate preference should be noted).
