Quality Manager – Manufacturing Operations

Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 per year

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead operational quality initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role ensures products meet rigorous quality standards, drives continuous improvement, and maintains compliance with ISO 9001 and other regulatory requirements. The Quality Manager partners with operations, supply chain, and production teams to implement robust quality systems and foster a culture of excellence.

• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to report on operational quality performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish, communicate, and execute business and operational strategies
• Implement operational quality disciplines in areas such as product qualification/validation, process controls, non-conforming material trending, quality systems, statistical methods, supplier quality assurance, and corrective/preventive actions
• Ensure effective systems, validations, and controls are in place for transitioning new products and technologies from development to production
• Establish and monitor corrective and preventive measures to meet ISO 9001 requirements
• Develop and track departmental metrics and objectives
• Lead Lean initiatives to reduce waste across operations
• Oversee shipping operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers
• Perform other duties and special projects as required

• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of operational quality experience in manufacturing
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience
• Hands-on training and experience in Lean concepts, principles, and implementation highly desirable
• Demonstrated expertise in quality system tools, problem-solving, and Lean methodologies
• Strong leadership, influencing, negotiation, analysis, and presentation skills
• Previous experience with ISO certification and compliance preferred
• Salary Range: $120,000–$140,000 per year
• Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance
