We're hiring an Electronics Test Technician for a fast-growing, innovative technology manufacturer specializing in advanced electronic components used across a wide range of industries. This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll design, build, and support real-world test solutions that directly impact product quality and production efficiency. If you enjoy working at the intersection of electronics, mechanical design, and problem-solving—and want to see your work used in both production and customer environments—this is an excellent opportunity to grow your technical skillset in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electronic test fixtures for functional testing, validation, and production use
  • Create schematics, wiring diagrams, and detailed documentation for fixture builds
  • Select and integrate components such as connectors, switches, and microcontrollers
  • Assemble, wire, and prototype fixtures including soldering, bread boarding, and enclosure integration
  • Troubleshoot fixtures and electronic devices at both component and system levels
  • Support production teams by maintaining, repairing, and improving existing test fixtures
  • Assist in diagnosing product or test-related failures in manufacturing environments

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in electronics, testing, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals and component-level troubleshooting
  • Experience building, wiring, and debugging circuits and electronic assemblies
  • Ability to read and create schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Experience with microcontrollers (Arduino, PIC, ARM, or similar) is a plus
  • Familiarity with communication interfaces (I²C, SPI, UART, USB, GPIO)
  • Basic programming or scripting experience for test automation is a plus
  • Experience with CAD or schematic tools (Altium, KiCad, Eagle, etc.) is a plus

Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
