Collision Estimator

JOB SUMMARY

Collision Estimator – Service Center Elgin, Southwest. Perform all‑purpose duties including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post‑repair plan communication while complying with safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles
• Complete final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration
• Provide post‑repair plan communication and status updates to customers

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage
• Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

• Physical ability to reach, kneel, bend, squat, and lift over 50 lbs
• Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
• Understanding of repair processes/procedures
• Strong sales orientation
• Comprehension of written and verbal instructions
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast‑paced environment
