Job Summary:
A Parts Advisor has excellent attention to detail and is responsible for managing inventory. They ensure that parts or supplies needed for production are available for team members. To be successful as a Parts Advisor, you must be highly organized. A good Parts Advisor anticipates the needs of production workers and ensures that all materials needed for production are provided.

Parts Advisor Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments
- Create pricing guidelines for customer categories
- Monitor and adjusts inventory
- Guarantee all parts are properly tagged
- Supervise stock order procedures
- Work closely with service manager, service & parts director
- Provides technical assistance when necessary
- Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Enforce safety requirements
Parts Advisor Requirements:
- At least 2 year's experience in parts
- Technical automotive knowledge
- Parts Advisor experience and skills
- Computer literacy
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of inventory and reporting
