Akkodis is seeking a Client Services Project Coordinator for a 12 Months Contract at Arizona, Oregon & Washington locations (Remote).

Rate Range: $17.00 P/HR - $21.00 P/HR;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Position Summary

This position supports Project Managers in project execution in the Client Services department and ensures consistently superior client service standards in all client interactions. The Project Coordinator will partner with internal key departments including, but not limited to:
Data Services, Product/Website Development, Print/Mail Services, Call Center, Disbursements, and Claims Operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Project Execution:
    Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project tasks, including kickoff, scheduling, client updates, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Internal

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with various operational departments to align on deliverables and meet project goals.
  • Client Communication:
    Maintain clear, prompt, and professional communication with clients, understand their needs, and provide necessary updates and support.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    Prepare and analyze project reports, draft scripts and content, and assist with creating business rules.
  • Team Support & Quality Assurance:
    Collaborate with Project Managers and internal teams to enhance service quality, foster teamwork, and solve complex project-related issues efficiently.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
  • 1+ year work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or other relevant industry experience is preferred
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
