Who You Are:- A natural relationship builder who enjoys meeting people, developing trust, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Experienced in the commercial interiors industry with an existing network on industry contacts that have worked with you and your team in the past.
- Someone who thrives out in the field, meeting with industry partners and expanding your network.
- Comfortable representing the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
- A strategic thinker who understands how to connect relationships to opportunities.
- Energetic, personable, curious — and just a little competitive.
- Build and strengthen relationships with industry partners such as brokers, architects, project managers, property managers and other workplace decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities where Rightsize can support partners and their clients with furniture and facility services solutions.
- Maintain regular in-person meetings, lunches, office visits and networking engagements with key industry contacts.
- Help bring Rightsize into client projects by positioning our team as a trusted resource.
- Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to help convert opportunities into successful projects.
- Represent Rightsize at industry events, trade shows, and networking organizations.
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and partnership development.
