Ocm Consultant

• Should have consulting background, has worked with Big4’s or Big IT Consulting Firms in the past
• Experience in Manufacturing Industry preferable
• 10+ years of experience in consulting/industry with primary focus on organization change management
• Hands‑On experience in change management – should have been a part of at least 9‑10 large‑scale change management implementations.
• Hands‑on experience in building change management strategy/roadmap/approach, stakeholder engagement and management program, change impact analysis, culture assessment, user engagement, readiness assessment, training strategy/need assessment/plan
• Should be able to coordinate with the extended OCM Team.
• Will be responsible for driving Global OCM Plan + Delivery for US region
• Working with senior leadership (should be comfortable interacting with C‑Level Executives) to create alignment in order to support program success
• Nice to have experience on PROSCI or any other change management approach
