Position Overview
The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs, improve supplier performance, and ensure reliable delivery of goods and services. This role manages supplier relationships, leads competitive bidding processes, negotiates contracts, and drives continuous improvement in procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement category‑specific sourcing strategies aligned with business needs and budget objectives.
- Identify cost savings opportunities through market analysis, supplier consolidation, and process improvements.
- Conduct comprehensive supplier evaluations and competitive bid processes, including RFx development and management.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and service level agreements to achieve optimal value and risk mitigation.
- Manage supplier relationships throughout the contract lifecycle, monitor performance against KPIs, and address performance issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders—operations, finance, legal, and business unit leaders—to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contract terms, and applicable regulations, maintaining documentation and audit trails.
- Analyze spend data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; lead cross‑functional sourcing teams for complex initiatives.
- Develop supplier scorecards and performance metrics; stay current on market conditions, pricing trends, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in facilities management, real estate, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated cost savings and favorable contract terms.
- Proven experience managing strategic supplier relationships and conducting competitive sourcing processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in spend analysis and data‑driven decision making.
- Strong project management capabilities, managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Proficiency with procurement systems, contract management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills; understanding of contract law, risk management, and procurement best practices.
- Professional certifications such as CPM, CPSM, or CSCP.
- Experience with e‑procurement platforms and sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of sustainability and responsible sourcing practices.
- Experience in global or multi‑regional sourcing environments and familiarity with facilities management, real estate services, or corporate services procurement.

CompensationEstimated annual salary: $95,000 – $140,000 USD.
