Global Trade and Supply Chain Finance – Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Trade Product Management for the North America Portfolio
• Own commercialization, lifecycle management, and risk management across portfolio of working capital solutions
• Partner closely with Legal, Contract Management, Business Controls, Operations, Fulfillment, Technology, Compliance and Operational Risk, Sales, Credit Risk, and more
• Lead cross‑functional engagements to own lifecycle of product developments in North America market
• Partner with Sales/Coverage to support complex deals, structuring, and client pitches
• Embed strong controls and governance into product execution, liaising with stakeholders across the organization

• 10+ years of relevant experience in trade finance and working capital solutions
• Credit & Legal acumen in trade solutions, specifically supply chain finance (payables & receivables)
• Strong interpersonal skills and solid partnership skills to facilitate interactions at different levels within the organization
• Ability to influence and drive urgency/actions across functions
• Effective at identifying risks, owning work streams, and finding path to execution
• Strong commercial instinct with experience supporting complex deal structuring and client transactions
• High level of ownership and accountability
• Bachelors Degree Required
