Senior Product Manager – Data Ingestion (Core Services)
At Arity, join a dynamic team focused on building the future of transportation. In this role you will be responsible for managing the product vision, discovery, roadmap, and backlog for the Data Ingestion product line that powers real‑time external products and internal data sets.
Responsibilities- Drive the product strategy for the Data Ingestion portfolio.
- Leverage stakeholder, partner, and customer feedback, as well as data gathering and analysis techniques, to inform product strategy.
- Define and manage key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Engage in discovery, testing, and learning activities to validate assumptions.
- Break complex problems into manageable tasks, prioritize backlog and roadmap.
- Manage product backlog, create vision, and provide timely stakeholder feedback on iterations.
- Ensure successful execution of development standards for tight feedback loops and clear product definition.
- Collaborate and coach product team members and cross‑functional colleagues on idea generation, user research, test design, measurement, and product release.
- Clear passion for working with large amounts of mobility data to deliver innovative solutions.
- 7–10 years of experience developing and launching products in a fast‑paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and action orientation.
- Proactive in anticipating problems, recognizing solutions, and collaborating on the best opportunity.
- Experience operating in a metrics‑driven environment with accountability for product goals.
- Ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts to developers, engineers, and data analysts.
- Experience in a complex, Agile development environment.
- Ability to communicate across multiple leadership levels.
- Background in the telematics industry and SaaS organizations.
- Experience shipping software via an enterprise‑level Scrum framework.
- Experience with large‑scale data platforms.
- Understanding of privacy and/or compliance requirements in building data products.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, or Power BI.

CompensationSalary: $120,000 – $193,725 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
