As Senior Analyst, Data Analytics, you’ll report to the Director of Stars Part D and support Oak Street Stars efforts for Part D measures. You’ll be a self‑starter who enjoys solving challenging problems, uses data to drive insights, and excels in a fast‑paced environment.
CoreResponsibilities
- Forecasting and Performance Analysis: develop and maintain forecasting models that project Oak Street’s performance across CMS Stars measures, analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities, and recommend strategies to enhance ratings.
- Reporting and Documentation: prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate performance metrics, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership (VP, SVP, & C‑suite) and key stakeholders.
- Payer Data Reconciliation: develop and maintain a reconciliation process to ensure Oak Street receives accurate and complete payer data files, partnering with payer data teams and Managed Care Operations to address gaps.
- Internal Data Quality: review escalations related to data quality, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve data accuracy and integrity.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
work with Product, Data, Engineering, and Managed Care Operations to integrate analytical insights into Oak Street’s overall quality improvement initiatives. - Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3–5 years of relevant experience; 2+ years of consulting or related healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills that support effective stakeholder engagement.
- Strong written communication skills and high proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Analytical and data savvy; high proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL is a plus.
- Ability to develop business cases, ROI analysis, and financial analysis.
- Passion for excellence, willingness to go the extra mile to achieve objectives, and commitment to consistently high‑quality work.
- Quick learner comfortable with a high level of ambiguity.
- Ability to succinctly summarize and synthesize large amounts of information.
- Strong accountability and discipline against timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborative working style, able to work cross‑functionally.
Pay Range: $46,988.00 – $ (base annual salary). Eligible for bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive programs. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid time off; retirement savings options; wellness programs; and other resources.
