We're a busy family in Elgin looking for a warm, energetic nanny to help care for our two daughters, ages 2 and 7. This role is hands-on supervision and engagement based at home.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage both girls during care hours
Support toddler routines
Help with activity transitions and independent play/homeschool time as needed
Prepare simple snacks/meals if the nanny is comfortable doing so (not required)
Light tidy-up after activities and meals
Engage in age-appropriate play, crafts, and outdoor time Tutoring in core subjects
Requirements:
Prior childcare experience, especially with toddlersCPR/First Aid certified preferred
Comfortable with an active household
Patient, nurturing, and proactive
- Toddler experience

- School-age experience
- Multiples experience
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
