Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience as a Project Manager. The ideal candidates will have a proven background in construction, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, bachelor’s degree in construction management, or equivalent industry experience.

• Preconstruction exercises with client, design team, and potential project partners
• Direct and/or prepare budgetary and comprehensive cost estimate proposals
• Assist with value engineering proposals throughout project
• Evaluate and qualify bids from pre-qualified subcontractors, including detailed scope review
• Facilitate, award, and review all client contracts and vendor subcontracts
• Develop and maintain project schedules, including weekly review during OAC meetings
• Collaborate with CFO and project accounting team to review all current project costs, cost to complete schedules, as well as pay applications as required
• Direct project team as required, including;
  Project Interns, Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Field Operations and Superintendents
• Assist with preparation of project closeout documentation as required
