Field Superintendent

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a Field Superintendent and demonstrated skilled trades experience. The ideal candidates will have a proven background in commercial construction, OSHA 30 certification, operators certification(s) for basic site equipment, or equivalent industry experience.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing all aspects of the project site, including, but not limited to:

• Preconstruction Exercises
  - Coordination with project team, subcontractors, and client (as required)
• Project Schedule Management
  - Maintain 2 week look ahead and coordinate with PM, update Procore with daily reports and images.
• Project Workflow
  - Manage efficient workflow with subcontractors, vendors, etc.
• Project Quality Management
  - Maintain daily inspections of all trades and vendors
• Project Safety Management
  - Responsible for all PPE enforcement and ensuring a safe site
• Materials Procurement
  - Coordinate with PM to ensure all materials are ordered and received in a Just In Time fashion to eliminate potential damage and site bottlenecks
• Inspections
  - Coordinate all inspections and assist PM with any documentation during closeout
