Project Manager

• Manage all Project Manager responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
• Pre‑construction
• Estimating
• Contract management
• Scheduling (ideally P6)
• Construction means and methods
• Cost control
• Payment processes
• Closeouts

• Experience in heavy construction (bridge work, infrastructure, plant & process).
• Expertise to take a project from pre‑construction to closeout.
• Self‑starter.
• Strong team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Confident and effective at delivering formal presentations in front of others.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to resolve issues with a win‑win outcome.
• Maintains highest level of professionalism at all times.
• Leads by example, displaying honesty and integrity.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Lives in the Chicagoland area.
