The RoleWe’re looking for a Graphic Designer & AI Video Creator on a retainer basis to own visual creative production across K3 Group’s client portfolio. This is a dual-discipline role — but we are open to candidates who are exceptionally strong in one area and developing in the other. If you are a world-class graphic designer who is still building your AI video chops, we want to hear from you.
If you are a masterful AI video creator whose design skills are solid but not your headline, same. Be upfront about where you shine and where you’re growing — we would rather bring on two exceptional specialists than force one person into a box that doesn’t fit.
On the design side, we want bold, original, and intentional work — not templated, not safe, not generic. On the AI video side, we want someone who has mastered the tools, understands prompt engineering at a high level, and can produce both cinematic realism and animated storytelling that belongs in a campaign, not a demo reel.
You will work across multiple brands alongside our AI Creatives team, Social Media Lead, and leadership. Creative directions will be set collaboratively — your role is to bring them to life and consistently push them further than the brief asked for.

What You’ll Do Graphic Design- Design scroll‑stopping social media graphics across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Linked In
- Develop full brand identities — logos, color systems, typography, and visual language
- Produce high‑converting ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, and other paid platforms
- Design print and packaging materials prepared to professional specifications
- Create polished pitch decks, proposals, and client‑facing presentations
- Build motion graphics and animated GIFs for social and digital ad placements
- Produce cinematic, high‑quality AI‑generated videos across realism and animation styles
- Execute animated brand storytelling — Pixar‑style narratives, character‑driven sequences, Marvel‑inspired visuals, and product animations
- Generate and refine AI photo creatives for social media, ads, and brand campaigns
- Develop and master prompts to deliver consistent, on‑brand, high‑fidelity outputs
- Edit, post‑produce, and deliver final video assets formatted for each platform
- Stay current on new AI model releases and test emerging tools proactively
- 3–5 years of professional experience spanning both graphic design and AI‑generated content production
- A portfolio that demonstrates range, originality, and a bold creative point of view across brand, digital, motion, and AI video — both realism and animation
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
- Proficiency in Figma and Canva for collaborative and templated workflows
- Hands‑on experience with AI creative tools including:
Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Hey Gen, Eleven Labs, and Cap Cut

- Strong eye for aesthetics, pacing, visual storytelling, and brand consistency
- Ability to work across multiple brands simultaneously without losing each brand’s unique identity
- Highly communicative — proactive updates, clear turnarounds, never goes quiet mid‑project
- Obsessed with design and visual culture — you’re always studying what’s next, not just what’s now
A genuine creative voice. Someone who pushes past the obvious, brings references no one asked for, and gets excited when a brief gives them room to move. Whether that voice lives primarily in design, in AI video, or across both — we want to hear it clearly in your portfolio.
If you are a designer, we want work that has edge and intention. Not a Canva export dressed up as a brand identity. If you are an AI video creator, we want someone who isn’t just using the tools — they are studying them, testing them, and finding ways to produce output that most people don’t know is possible yet.
Be honest about your strengths. We are open to bringing on two people if the right specialists show up. What we are not open to is mediocre work in either discipline.
