The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with Sales and Customers to provide information on products, order status and resolve complaints. Our client offers excellent benefits, a family-oriented culture and room for growth.
* Hybrid work schedule. Must be able to be onsite 4 days/week*
Responsibilities- Order Entry
- Order tracking/expediting
- Maintain customer pricing
- Resolve customer complaints
- Provide information about products to sales or customers
- Support customer special projects as needed
- 2+ yearscustomer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and prior experience working within an ERP
