Customer Care Coordinator (Onsite | Elgin, IL)

We're supporting a team that is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to play a key role in welcoming customers, coordinating onsite visits, and supporting marketing and facility operations.

What You'll Be Doing

+ Act as the primary point of contact for customer visits and onsite demonstrations

+ Coordinate schedules with internal teams and external customers

+ Manage all visit logistics, including:

+ Conference room scheduling

+ Catering and meal arrangements

+ Facility tours and visitor coordination

+ Communicating local events, attractions, and visit details

+ Greet customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive onsite experience

+ Support the creation and updates of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and videos

+ Assist with facility coordination and day‑to‑day operational needs

+ Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall customer experience

What We're Looking For

+ MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH

+ 2+ years of face‑to‑face customer service experience

+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

+ Reliable, flexible, and service‑oriented mindset

Nice to Have

+ Experience in reception, office coordination, or office management

+ Familiarity with Oracle tools

+ Exposure to customer visa or immigration‑related documentation

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
