Salary: $52,000 per year plus $650/month car stipend

Are you a relationship-driven professional who thrives on building trust, solving problems, and ensuring clients feel truly cared for? We’re looking for an Account Manager who is passionate about client success and ready to be the voice and advocate for our clients every day.

Reporting to the Client Success Director, this role sits at the intersection of client relationships and service delivery — ensuring Bee Line consistently delivers exceptional experiences and long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Achieve:
Your impact at Bee Line
  • Build and strengthen long‑term client relationships.
  • You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, developing trusted partnerships and ensuring every client feels valued and heard.
  • You’ll proactively monitor service quality, conduct site visits, and work closely with operations teams to ensure contract expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Resolve issues with urgency and care.
  • When challenges arise, you’ll lead with empathy and accountability — coordinating solutions quickly and following through until clients are satisfied.
  • Drive client retention and growth.
  • You’ll support renewals, identify opportunities for additional services, and help expand existing accounts through strong relationships and service excellence.
  • Be a strategic partner to clients and internal teams.
  • You’ll translate client needs into clear direction for internal teams and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver seamless service.
  • Provide insight and visibility to leadership.
  • You’ll track client feedback, risks, and opportunities, sharing insights with the Client Success Director to continuously improve the client experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, customer service, or relationship management
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience working in a service-based, or facilities management preferred
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
