Responsibilities
- Be first to greet and assist customers and visitors.
- Phone support using current phone system and Support Portal.
- Check voicemails, answer phones and transfer calls to correct employee/department.
- Support visiting customer demo requirements, including conference room set ups and ordering/set up of lunch requirements.
- Maintain and order supplies for customer hospitality which will include stocking of beverages, and other associated items such as flatware, utensils, cups, condiments, etc.
Administration, Customer support, Customer service, phone support, email.
Qualifications- Previous experience doing front desk or phone support.
- 1+ year of call center experience is preferred.
- Strong data entry/computer skills.
- Comfortable with face‑to‑face interactions.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
