Service Bdc Representitive

Job Description

At Autohaus on Edens we care and invest in our employees. We are seeking an energetic individual to work with our unique Client Care team. The BDC department is responsible for setting service appointments, checking on vehicle status, and fielding calls from our call group . Staff members, known as development business representatives (D ) or business development representatives (BDR), make these calls all day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer inbound and outbound calls including follow up.
• Managing quick responses to internet & phone inquiries using email, phone and text templates
• Provide customers with initial service information & direct them to the service department
• Help to Resolve Client Issues with service manager.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, service team and dealership management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily working with Director to clearly communicate goal status/achievement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BDC experience prefered, but not required.
• Teachable! Ready to learn!
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Strong computer skills
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
