Sales Support / Customer Service Representative Promotional Products, Awards, and Branded Merchandise

National Engravers is a multi‑brand, multi‑facility manufacturer specializing in awards, recognition programs, promotional products, branded merchandise, and company store programs. For more than 30 years, we have built a reputation for quality, reliability, and service. Our Elgin headquarters is a modern 50,000 sq. ft. facility with full in‑house decoration capabilities including engraving, laser, UV printing, sandcarving, and apparel decoration.

We are seeking a Sales Support / Customer Service Representative to assist our sales team and ensure smooth, accurate handling of custom orders across multiple product lines. This role supports account managers, program managers, and key clients by managing order details, artwork coordination, vendor communication, and production follow‑through.

• Enter and manage orders across awards, promotional products, apparel, and company store programs
• Review artwork, proofs, and job details for accuracy before production
• Communicate with ASI/PPAI suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and product availability
• Support account managers with quotes, client questions, and program‑related tasks
• Track orders through production and ensure on‑time delivery
• Coordinate changes, approvals, and client updates throughout the order lifecycle
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, ERP, and production systems
• Provide clear, timely communication to clients and internal teams
• Assist with sample requests, product research, and vendor follow‑ups
• Represent National Engravers’ brands with professionalism and attention to detail.

• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, promotional products, awards, or related custom‑product environments
• Familiarity with ASI/PPAI suppliers, decoration methods, and custom product workflows
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients and vendors
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
• Experience with order entry systems, CRM tools, or production management software
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, operations, purchasing, and production
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment with deadlines.

Salary range is between $48,000–$55,000 range depending on experience. Full benefits package including medical, 401(k) match, PTO, and paid holidays.
