Part-Time – Monday–Wednesday 9 am–5 pm

We are looking for a friendly, detail‑oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, skilled in chairside support, and able to maintain a clean and organized clinical environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for every patient.

• Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during procedures (e.g., fillings, extractions, crowns, root canals).
• Hand instruments to the dentist and anticipate procedural needs.
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment.

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment.
• Review medical histories and update patient records.
• Provide post‑procedure instructions and oral hygiene education.

• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
• Organize and maintain dental supplies and instruments.
• Ensure operatory cleanliness and readiness between appointments.

• Schedule appointments and confirm visits.
• Assist with billing, insurance processing, or charting.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation.

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred.
• X‑ray certification required.
• Knowledge of Patient Management Software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused, and team‑oriented.

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
