• Schedule callouts- 4-5, Tuesday pm until 7, or no weekends

• Support Staff callouts if available: highly skilled clinical team consists of # dental hygienist and # trained Dental Assistants to ensure you have the support you need to seamlessly exceed your goals

• Located in Rockford, IL - 45 mins from elgin
• Non-profit facility
• 7k kids on medicaid in Rockford
• Already have set up for sealanants, screenings, cleanings
• Clinically there is a lot of need for endo, extractions, treating children
• They need a full-time dentist to add in
• Ideal candidate: someone who's done GPR or has 3-4 years exp with kids
• Does not have to be trained peds specifically
• Comp: $800/day +
• Schedule:
  
  7:30-4 –can be creative with part time or full time
• Can only see kids when school is open so roughly 45-46 weeks a year
• Facility is open during the summer but there is about 7 weeks off with no school days like spring break, closed a week in June and August, thanksgiving, Christmas, random Mondays so a lot of time off
• Support staff: 1 admin, 2 assistants
