Position HighlightsCompetitive salary range: $219,300 $ 290,000
Outpatient-focused practice setting
Serve patients of all ages
Collaborative, team-based care model

Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
Order and interpret lab tests and imaging
Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
Ensure timely and accurate documentation
️ MD or DO
️ Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine
️ Active or eligible Illinois medical license
️ Commitment to patient-centered and preventive care
