Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Full Time Physician to deliver In-Home Health Evaluations across members in their homes. You will conduct visits ~45 minutes, review medications/history, perform physical evaluations, and coordinate with health plans.
Travel locally to licensed states, support virtual visits when needed, and provide Diagnostic & Preventive Services as indicated. MDs or DOs with active, unrestricted licenses in the coverage area are preferred, with multi-state licenses
