Optimum is partnering with facilities located one hour from Chicago, Illinois, that have an opening for a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to join their team.

Opening Details- Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8a-5p - Call Requirement: 1-2 holidays and 8 weekends per year
- Setting:
Outpatient and inpatient - Patient Volume: 10-15 per day
- Patient Population:
Pediatrics - Duties:
Conduct follow-up appointments, new evaluations, consults, and perform procedures - Case Types:
Spines, brain injuries, stroke rehabilitation, MSK, neuro rehabilitation, and EMG clinic - Full clinical support available with the opportunity to work with residents
- Must be board-certified
