• Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification such as Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary learners.
• Expertise in assessing reading proficiency, forming student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre‑written curricula.
• Experience using AI/adaptive learning tools and adjusting instruction based on student interaction data.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements.

• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
• Creating personalized, engaging sessions that resonate with students and foster a lasting passion for reading.
• Interpreting student performance data to refine instructional methods and generate actionable insights.
• Working alongside the technology team to assess and improve AI‑powered literacy platforms.
