• Valid state Special Education teaching certification
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse student populations
• Knowledge of local and state special education regulations and requirements

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to create inclusive learning environments
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Utilize assistive technology and other resources to support student learning
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of student progress and behavior
