Job Summary:To answer and transfer incoming calls.
To assist visitors at the window.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to provide outstanding customer service at all time, no matter the situation.
Essential Duties:- Answer all incoming calls
- Transfer calls to correct department or person
- Assist with lost and found
- Answer police lines during staff breaks/ absences
Become familiar with the college departments, procedures and personnel.
Physical Demands:Sedentary (up to 10 lbs occasionally, sitting most of the time)
Visual Acuity:Close visual acuity (e.g. computer, assembly)
Work Environment:Moderate noise
Environmental Conditions:Typical office or administrative
