We are currently seeking a skilled Cosmetology Instructor to join our night class team. This role is ideal for instructors who are passionate about teaching and enjoy working during evening hours to accommodate diverse student schedules. You will deliver high-quality instruction, guide practical applications, and support students in mastering cosmetology techniques.

• Provide comprehensive cosmetology instruction in evening classes according to established curriculum.
• Conduct hands‑on demonstrations and supervise practical student work.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage skill development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional learning environment.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure educational standards are upheld.
• Support students’ personal and professional growth with encouragement and guidance.

• Valid Cosmetology License in the State of Indiana.
• Experience in cosmetology instruction or relevant field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evening hours consistently.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and adhere to safety standards in the classroom.
• Monday thru Friday 5:00-10:00pm CST

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
