Elgin Community College is seeking a student worker to assist chef instructors in preparing ingredients for production lab classes. The ideal applicant is a current culinary student with strong knife skills and the ability to take direction.
You will be responsible for following daily production sheets, cutting and measuring ingredients, setting up and sanitizing work areas, and adhering to sanitation regulations.
Flexibility in work scheduling is expected, and the position offers a rate of $13.00 per hour.
