Speech Language Pathologist

We’re partnering with a school district in Lake County, Illinois to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year.

You’ll provide school-based speech and language services to support students’ communication, language, and social skills—collaborating with educators and support teams to help students access learning and succeed throughout the school day.

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Provide speech/language therapy services aligned to student goals and service plans (IEPs/504s as applicable)
• Support students with articulation, expressive/receptive language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service teams to support carryover into the classroom
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring/documentation
• Maintain compliant documentation and service records per school and state requirements

• School-based experience preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work fully on-site (no virtual/remote)
