THE POSITION

We are seeking a talented and experienced Copy Supervisor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for storytelling.

• All other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience).
• 5–7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience (preferred).
• DTC experience required.
• Social media experience required.
• Derm/beauty experience is a nice to have.
• Portfolio featuring conceptual work, smart digital executions, social experiences, out‑of‑home extensions, and banners.
• Experience writing in a digital landscape—from strategy development to banners to sites to SEO.
• Experience managing complex projects that include internal and external account and creative teams.
