THE POSITION
We are seeking a talented and experienced Copy Supervisor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for storytelling.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Curious: maintain an unquenchable thirst for knowledge of the problem, solutions, and target to sculpt the big ideas that drive action.

- Thoughtful: apply true strategy and craftsmanship in writing for a heavily regulated industry, resolving challenges with creative solutions.

- Persuasive: pitch the perfect solution effectively.
- A team player: collaborate with multiple departments to bring messages across digital channels.
- A go‑getter: deliver work efficiently under time constraints.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development and inclusive behaviors.
- All other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience).
- 5–7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience (preferred).
- DTC experience required.
- Social media experience required.
- Derm/beauty experience is a nice to have.
- Portfolio featuring conceptual work, smart digital executions, social experiences, out‑of‑home extensions, and banners.
- Experience writing in a digital landscape—from strategy development to banners to sites to SEO.
- Experience managing complex projects that include internal and external account and creative teams.
