Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Teaching Assistant to join our educational team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities
• Support individual and small group student learning to ensure understanding and engagement
• Help maintain a positive, organized, and safe classroom environment
• Supervise students during activities, breaks, and transitions
• Provide additional support to students with special needs or learning challenges
• Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
• Prepare classroom materials and resources as needed
• Monitor student progress and report observations to the lead teacher

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in education is a plus
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents
• Basic knowledge of educational techniques and classroom management
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
