Professional faculty role, required skills and competencies:
At Cambridge Lakes Learning Center, all faculty are learners. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging, learning experiences aligned to our values, challenge every student, and inspire excellence across all content areas and grade levels. Employ a range of age-appropriate research-based instructional strategies aligned to our instructional model that support inquiry, project-based, and experiential approaches to address the whole child and support the growth of all learners.
Partner with colleagues, families, and school leadership to align curriculum, communicate student progress, and contribute to a culture of shared responsibility. Engage fully in Cambridge Lakes' Professional Excellence Framework and all professional responsibilities as outlined in the Guide to Excellence and Employee Handbook.
Qualifications:
Minimum associate's degree in teaching from an accredited institution in the appropriate education area. As an early childhood educator, you are responsible for providing safe and developmentally appropriate programs that are aligned with all relevant federal and state initiatives. Preferred: professional educator license (PEL); B.A./B.S. from an accredited institution; seeking experience with play-based, experiential learning, project-based learning, inquiry approaches, or specialized pedagogies.
Work environment & physical requirements:
Meet the standards outlined in the contract. Classroom-based with regular interaction throughout the school. Attendance at meetings and events outside regular school hours. Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, operate a computer and other office equipment, reach with hands and arms, and must occasionally lift, move, and/or support up to 50 pounds.

Placement within the range is determined by relevant education, professional experience, and applicable certifications.
