Key
Qualifications:
- Current, valid state teaching license with a Middle School ELA endorsement
- Bilingual Certification or Endorsement (Spanish/English)
- Demonstrated experience working with middle school students, particularly in bilingual or dual-language classrooms
- Strong grasp of ELA curriculum standards and proven ability to adapt instruction for diverse learners
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging ELA instruction to bilingual middle school students following district guidelines
- Implement curriculum that meets both language and academic objectives, supporting students’ development in English and Spanish
- Assess student progress regularly and tailor lessons as needed to ensure continued growth
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment
