What you´ll do- Support and lead projects to improve reliability, safety, and performance of the site’s DCS.
- Develop and implement advanced control strategies for batch processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to implement best practices in automation.
- Lead deployment and continue site support of Smart Factory and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and ensure seamless integration with SAP.
- Collaborate with IT and regional teams to enhance production, material handling, and logistics functions.
- Support digitalization initiatives to enhance real‑time data visibility and decision‑making.
- Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives by supporting OEE deployment, leveraging digital tools to develop and track world‑class KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2‑5 years of relevant experience, including hands‑on experience with DCS systems (e.g., Emerson Delta
V, Honeywell, Yokogawa, or similar). - Delta
V experience preferred. - Familiarity with MES systems with SAP integration preferred. Strong knowledge of process automation, instrumentation, and control strategies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing batch processes.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of ISA standards and cybersecurity best practices for control systems.
- Experience working in a Process Safety Management (PSM) environment preferred.

The salary for this role is $85,000‑$95,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
