RF Electronics Technician - Radio electronics Engineering
Hours:
2nd Shift (2:45pm - 11pm)
We are seeking a highly skilled Analysis Technician to join our dedicated team for the 2nd shift. Based at our state‑of‑the‑art facility, you'll be responsible for board‑level analysis of failed 2‑way subscriber products (both mobile and portable 2‑way radios). This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in testing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic assemblies to identify the root causes of failures.

Immediate start, duration through the end of the year (possible extensions based on performance and business needs).
- Analyze rejected electronic assemblies using various test equipment, simulators, and troubleshooting skills.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems, define corrective actions, and communicate findings effectively.
- Identify vendor versus process defects and write detailed failure analysis reports.
- Record data of failures and explain diagnoses clearly.
- Work independently and adapt to varying conditions.
- Support factory operations on weekends when required.
- Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology required (Bachelor's preferred).
- Proficiency in operating/setup of electronics equipment (signal generator, modulation/audio analyzers, spectrum analyzer, power meter, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- RF knowledge and 1–3 years of related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for component‑level troubleshooting is a PLUS.
- Extensive knowledge of 2‑way subscriber products is a PLUS.
- Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills required.
- 100% onsite presence required.
- Steel toe boots are mandatory.
- Orientation starts at 6:30 am.
- Temporary badge provided. Add to DSM, GL, and KL.
- Immediate start, duration through the end of the year (possible extensions).
- 30‑minute interview, virtual via Google Meet or onsite (candidate's preference to be listed in resume/comments).
- Potential for contract extensions beyond the end of the year.
- Exposure to advanced electronic troubleshooting techniques and tools.
