You will be responsible for driving quality and compliance strategy, leading failure analysis and corrective actions, improving testing processes, managing supplier quality, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure products meet the highest industry standards.

This role would suit a technically strong Quality Engineer with electronics experience who is looking to step into a more strategic, leadership-focused position.

The Role:

• Lead quality strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage supplier quality and resolve defects at source
• Collaborate across engineering, production, and customer teams

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
• Strong knowledge of electronics testing and failure analysis
• Experience with compliance standards (RoHS, REACH, etc.)
