Senior Project Manager

A rapidly growing electrical contractor is expanding its footprint in the hyperscale and mission critical data center market and is looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead some of the most complex electrical builds in the Chicagoland area.

• 7+ years of Electrical Project Management experience
• Strong data center / mission critical project background
• Experience with large commercial or industrial electrical construction
• Design-build experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and electrical systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities
• Electrical contractor background preferred
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Accubid/Trimble preferred

• Hyperscale and mission critical data center projects
• MV/LV power distribution systems
• UPS and generator infrastructure
• Busway and redundant power systems
• Fast-track, design-build electrical construction projects
• Coordination between field teams, engineers, vendors, and ownership groups
• Budgeting, forecasting, procurement, scheduling, and manpower planning
• Commissioning and turnover activities

$175,000–$240,000 Base Salary + Bonus Potential
