A leader in connectivity solutions is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer at their Elgin, IL facility. You will support the LEAN Management Organization by leading Lean, Six Sigma, and process-optimization initiatives, identify inefficiencies, and ensure sustainable improvements in quality, safety, and cost performance. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3+ years of relevant experience are required. Competitive salary of $70,000-$90,000 with additional benefits including PTO and a 401(k) match.
