Are you a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer ready to step into a leadership role where you can shape quality strategy and drive continuous improvement across a growing technology business?

You will be responsible for leading the overall quality strategy, managing compliance and regulatory standards, driving failure analysis and corrective actions, improving testing and validation processes, overseeing supplier quality, and mentoring teams to deliver best-in-class performance.

This role would suit a technically strong Quality professional with electronics experience who is looking to step into a leadership position with real influence.

• Lead company-wide quality strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee failure analysis, corrective actions, and testing processes
• Drive supplier quality improvements and resolve defects at source
• Mentor and develop quality and engineering teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
• Strong background in electronics testing and failure analysis
• Experience managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives
